By accessing and using Knightsbridge Learning Academy ("KLA", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
KLA provides an online tutoring platform connecting students and parents with qualified teachers for educational services. Our services include:
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Our platform operates on a credit-based payment system. Credits are purchased in advance at a monetary value (e.g., £50, £100) and can be used to book lessons with teachers. Credits are stored in GBP (British Pounds) but can be purchased using multiple currencies. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Lesson rates are set by individual teachers and displayed in their profiles. When booking a lesson, credits equivalent to the teacher's hourly rate multiplied by the lesson duration will be deducted from your credit balance. All prices are subject to change with notice. Platform fees and applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit refund to your account. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in full credit deduction. In cases where a teacher cancels or fails to attend, full credits will be refunded to your account.
Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used. However, we reserve the right to deactivate accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Knightsbridge Learning Academy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Knightsbridge Learning Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we verify teacher qualifications, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of teacher profiles or the quality of tutoring services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
